Within the framework of French regulations on the use of family swimming pools open to guests, in order to avoid accidents which children could be victims of, and with the aim of allowing pleasant use for all, here are the rules for the use of the swimming pool :

Article 1: The mere fact of using the swimming pool commits the user to having accepted these regulations.

Article 2: Opening hours from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Hours may be reduced depending on the activity.

Article 3: Access for minors only with the continuous presence of the accompanying adult who ensures the supervision and safety of the children. The use of the swimming pool by children is therefore under the full supervision and responsibility of their parents. Please note that the swimming pool is not suitable for children (flat bottom 1m50 deep).

Article 4: Prohibition to bathe alone or without a person providing supervision.

Article 5: Responsibility: any accident occurring to a guest is under his full responsibility.

Article 6: The owners remind all their customers of the lack of supervision of the swimming pool.

Article 7: The swimming pool being a family swimming pool, its use is reserved only for members of the family of the owners and for people staying in bed and breakfast.

Article 8: The swimming pool area is a place of tranquility and relaxation. It is forbidden to jump, dive, shout and play loudly. Ball games are prohibited.

Article 9: Users undertake:
• after using sun cream or oil, rinsing off in the shower.
• to use a swimsuit only reserved for swimming.
• room towels are not intended for use outside the rooms (bath towels can be provided on request)
• not to bring food or drink, except still water, to the swimming pool.

Article 10: All swimming pool users must be covered by defense and rescue civil liability insurance.

Article 11: The owner, on repeated breaches of one of the articles, may withdraw the authorization he has previously granted without compensation whatsoever. The owner cannot be held responsible if the swimming pool is temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

Our guesthouse is not a place freely open to the public. It is above all a family that welcomes you to their home.
There may also be other travelers on the property. This is why we invite you to take advantage of all the living spaces available to you, in a friendly atmosphere and with respect for everyone's privacy.
Likewise, we ask you not to be intoxicated on our site.
We reserve the right to shorten your stay if this should not be observed, and you will be charged in full.

Arrivals :
In order to be able to welcome you in the best possible conditions, you will be greeted from 5 p.m. on the day of your arrival until 8 p.m. Late or, on the contrary, early arrivals, for example, to drop off luggage in order to be able to visit the neighborhood with a less vulnerable vehicle, are the subject of an agreement in advance.

Departures :
On the last day, departures are at 11am. We are not hospitality professionals, we need to be able to have the time necessary to offer those who arrive next the most welcoming room possible.

The breakfasts:
Breakfasts are served inside or outside the house, weather permitting, between 8 am and 10 am.

The rooms :
The rooms are not intended for doing laundry or having meals ...

On your request and for long stays, we can provide you with our washing machine, for a supplement of € 2 per wash and € 2 per tumble dryer.
Visitors can also access Wi-Fi for free. Illegal downloading is prohibited.
While it is traditional for visitors to store bedding, effects and clothing. Heavy soiling will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not intervene on radiators, plumbing, taps or any other electrical device. Just report the problem to us, and we'll take care of it.
Valuable objects (jewelry, multimedia devices, various means of payment, etc.) must not be left in rooms or in parked vehicles, the hosts declining all responsibility in the event of these objects missing.

In compliance with decree N ° 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, it is forbidden to smoke and vape in places for collective use. The entire establishment, including rooms, is therefore non-smoking. As part of the protection of minors, the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors under the age of 18. We ask our guests to present themselves in decent attire at all times, and to be dressed and footwear when traveling. in the common areas. The hosts undertake to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and financially assume, any possible degradation for which they could be responsible. Children evolving within the property are under the sole responsibility of their parents.The kitchen is not left at the free disposal of the guests.

Thefts and accidents:
we decline all responsibility in the event of theft or bodily injury occurring in our property, as well as in the parking lot.

The keys :
In the event of loss of the keys, a flat-rate contribution of 20 € per key will be invoiced to you.

The owners of "La Marsaisienne" are sensitive to the protection of our planet and wish to contribute to the protection of the environment by minimizing the footprint of the operation of their guest house.
La Marsaisienne has a rainwater collector (6.5m3) to supply the toilets, the washing machine and the dishwasher. All the bulbs in the house are LED, the central heating is with wood pellets and we sort our waste.

In addition, household products (laundry, window cleaner, deodorant, etc.) are made in-house.

Simple, light-hearted measures can go a long way.
This is why we are counting on your collaboration to:
- Avoid leaving the lights on unnecessarily,
- Do not let the water run and moderate the flow when showering,
- Put the dirty laundry on the floor in the bathroom so that it can be changed if necessary,
- As sanitation is provided by a micro-station system, we ask you to throw in the toilets only toilet paper, other waste having a bin provided for this purpose.
- Use the towels made available to you only according to your needs.
